Fortunately, you can begin (or begin again) today, to learn, to proceed step-by-step, and integrate the transformations you need for deeper happiness, well-being and enjoyment in life.

Having Trouble Finding Balance

in Your Life?

You’re Not Alone
Healing and Transformation
Start Here and Now

Are you overwhelmed by the complexities of modern living? Struggling with painful emotions as you strive to manage too many disparate concerns? Dealing with chronic pain or physical symptoms? Inundated by the downsides of your technological devices? Barely staying afloat in the rapidly changing environment? Feeling disembodied, distracted and disconnected? Overtaxed by too much work? Knowing you need physical activity but finding you just can’t get yourself moving?

The Path & Benefits

Continuing to ignore how you feel just deepens the disconnection from your core values and innate commonsense wisdom, which can leave you feeling more and more trapped in your own life. Turning toward your experiences (with expert guidance and support) and skillfully relating with them (through time-honored, evidence-informed practices) leads to positive change, step-by-step. Below are some of the benefits of the work.

Don’t Continue to Ignore How You Feel

Painful patterns grow from pretending.

You may notice a tendency to seek solace in:

  • overworking
  • lack of physical movement,
  • binge eating,
  • binge television watching,
  • isolating

And find yourself struggling to lift up out of:

  • low grade anxiety,
  • lack of creative spark
  • chronic pain
  • unexplainable sadness and despair,
  • burnout
  • insomnia
