Éowyn Ahlstrom, M.Ed., LMT, RYT, offers programs in yoga and meditation and sees private clients for individualized practice guidance. Éowyn currently teaches at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. She also served on the faculty at the UMass Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness from 2015-2018, and for the last dozen or more years has often taught yoga for retreats at the Insight Meditation Society.
Éowyn first encountered mindfulness and yoga practice more than decades ago and has been avidly engaged ever since. She also chose to study bodywork from a clear conviction that our times require the re-integration of body and mind.

In addition to her Master's degree in Education, Éowyn has qualifications as licensed massage therapist, a registered yoga teacher, and a certified mindfulness-based stress reduction teacher.
