Group Classes...

provide a wonderful framework for learning new practices, deepening the practices we already know, and creating a supportive and inspiring environment through community. The classes I offer focus on yoga, meditation and sometimes include simple bodywork/massage techniques as learning tools or community building experiences. It may be possible to book a series of classes at your venue to support a particular group of people or learning intention. 

Private Sessions...

provide an opportunity to connect directly and assess your needs at this time. The container of a private meeting makes it possible for you to more freely share your inner experience, in confidence, without the constraints of group dynamics, and to receive direct care and support. Private sessions also allow me to tailor my guidance very specifically to your particular life situation and circumstances. So, the work proceeds from an understanding of your needs, interests and intentions in partnership with my expertise in the practices of mindfulness, yoga and bodywork. Together we can choose to enter and continue on in your journey toward greater well-being by engaging through your body or your heart and mind. Of course, these aspects of you are intricately related and constantly affecting each other.

I offer Skype and in-person sessions for those wishing to discuss their mindfulness practice. 

 

Private sessions for guidance and support with yoga movement practice can also effectively be done via Skype or phone.

 

In person, I offer yoga therapeutics designed to help you recover and grow physical and emotional strength and balance.

Retreats & Workshops...

are stand-alone events, at a particular venue on a particular topic. Workshops are half a day or a whole day long, and often on weekends. Retreats range from one to seven days. If you would like me to come to your venue to offer a workshop or retreat, use the contact form here.

In-Depth Courses...

create an opportunity for deeper learning over time. They are intended for serious students and involve a commitment and a learning trajectory. MBSR is a good example.
