Human Body, Earth Body

Practicing Awareness Internally and Externally

Join us to undertake a deep exploration of the powerful resonances between our human bodies and the elements that make up the world as we know it. Bringing focus to our direct, experiential connection with our immediate environment sparks the possibility of developing more skillful ways of living, rooted in the direct awareness of our immediate circumstances. Thus, grounded and attuned, we can begin to bring compassion and wisdom to the process of caring for ourselves, each other, and this world on fire.
