This 3-day live online silent mindfulness retreat, Releasing Rush & Cultivating Clarity is designed to help you step away from daily distractions, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided sitting and walking meditations, reflections and teachings you’ll deepen your mindfulness practice and cultivate clarity. Open to all, this retreat also fulfills a prerequisite for the MBSR teacher training pathway. Give yourself the gift of stillness and renewal.
