Middle Path Healing Arts

A personalized & cooperative method for developing sustainable wellbeing

Learn to Live Well

You know you need connection with your heart, care for your body and alignment with your intuition.

But lately, you feel numbed, daunted (or maybe even avalanched) by the apparent challenges and endless changes life brings.

Fortunately, you can begin (or begin again) today, to learn, to proceed step-by-step, and integrate the transformations you need for deeper happiness, well-being and enjoyment in life.

Move from feeling dull to being well-grounded, from feeling irritated to vibrant aliveness, from ‘just dealing with it’ to enjoying your life.

With private sessions and group classes, through meditation or mindful movement, offering both education and practice, the Middle Path Healing Arts approach to conscious, kind living can be entered via the aspect of your current situation that matters the most to you. Once you have begun, you can travel this path as far as you choose to go . . .

Where would you like to begin?

Mind

Remembering that it’s important to calm your mind and listen to the wise voices within so that your thoughts are supported by awareness.

Body

Remembering that you live in a body and can care for your body so that your actions support your wellbeing.

Heart

Remembering that satisfying relationships start inside you so that your interactions align with your wellness and support you, your loved ones and friends.

Having Trouble Finding Balance

in Your Life?

You’re Not Alone
Healing and Transformation
Start Here and Now

Are you overwhelmed by the complexities of modern living? Struggling with painful emotions as you strive to manage too many disparate concerns? Dealing with chronic pain or physical symptoms? Inundated by the downsides of your technological devices? Barely staying afloat in the rapidly changing environment? Feeling disembodied, distracted and disconnected? Overtaxed by too much work? Knowing you need physical activity but finding you just can’t get yourself moving?

The Path & Benefits

Continuing to ignore how you feel just deepens the disconnection from your core values and innate commonsense wisdom, which can leave you feeling more and more trapped in your own life. Turning toward your experiences (with expert guidance and support) and skillfully relating with them (through time-honored, evidence-informed practices) leads to positive change, step-by-step. Below are some of the benefits of the work.

Kindness

Alignment with your own wellness supports your relationships and clarifies your approach to work you may do in your community and the wider world.

Don’t Continue to Ignore How You Feel

Painful patterns grow from pretending.

You may notice a tendency to seek solace in:

  • overworking
  • lack of physical movement,
  • binge eating,
  • binge television watching,
  • isolating

And find yourself struggling to lift up out of:

  • low grade anxiety,
  • lack of creative spark
  • chronic pain
  • unexplainable sadness and despair,
  • burnout
  • insomnia
