“I took both Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and a silent retreat with Éowyn and her guidance continues to be with me. I have never forgotten one of her suggestions in the retreat – to look for the middle path. This approach supports my practice throughout the year – moving away from the edges, living more in the middle, and exploring and appreciating the possibilities & perspectives there. Thanks so much for being the light and holding the space for me and numerous others like me!”

“When I first came upon Éowyn, I had no idea what being in the present moment meant. Éowyn immediately embraced my vulnerability in this regard, welcomed my openness and shone a gentle light of compassion and gentleness into the chaotic and cemented state of my mind in ways that transcend an explanation. She is without an agenda, graceful and penetrating in a way that demonstrated a true blessing and a inherent understanding of the human condition. I can say without reservation that she is a true, loving and kind mentor, for whom I will remain eternally grateful”
