What is the Middle Path Healing Arts Approach?
The Middle Path Healing Arts approach starts from the premise that, whatever your challenges and struggles today, the resources for responding to them in a way that moves your life toward greater ease and happiness are already with you. Such resources may seem entirely hidden or dormant. And, a range of skillful methods and techniques can be learned and applied to support you in accessing these innate but hidden inner resources. Many of these methods come from the ancient wisdom traditions, while others have been developed by modern western science, medicine and psychology. This range of useful methods includes practices that engage your body, heart and mind. Because each person is unique, the starting place and progression into deeper well-being is also unique. You start where you are, and in collaboration with Éowyn as your skillful guide, progress in your own way and time. Mindfulness, compassion for self and others, embodiment and deep listening emerge and transformation and freedom can occur.
