This ongoing weekly sitting group includes a live guided practice followed by exploration of topics from the early Buddhist teachings, including mindfulness, lovingkindness, generosity, ethics, compassion and so much more.

Mindful Movement Weekly

This ongoing weekly mindful movement group explores gentle practices from hatha yoga, viniyoga, qi gong and mindfulness-based stress reduction including: awareness of movement, linking breathing with movement, moving from kind, wise intentions, energizing and soothing the nervous system and many more.

Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM ET
