This 3-day silent mindfulness retreat, Releasing Rush & Cultivating Clarity is designed to help you step away from daily distractions, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided sitting and walking meditations, reflections and teachings you’ll deepen your mindfulness practice and cultivate clarity. Open to all, this retreat also fulfills a prerequisite for the MBSR teacher training pathway. Give yourself the gift of stillness and renewal.

This 3-day silent mindfulness retreat, Releasing Rush & Cultivating Clarity is designed to help you step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with yourself. This retreat offers a rare opportunity to slow down, breathe, and cultivate clarity in a peaceful and supportive environment.

Over these three days, you will:

  •  Deepen your mindfulness practice through extended sitting and walking meditations.
  •  Recharge and refresh by stepping away from daily routines and distractions.
  •  Learn how to slow down and cultivate a sense of inner clarity and presence.

With 16–18 hours of guided practice across the retreat, you’ll have space to truly immerse yourself in mindfulness. It is also strongly recommended that you clear your calendar and consider the times when we are no in formal session part of your retreat time as well, maintaining quiet and continuing to practice as well as you can.

This retreat is open to all, whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice. For those pursuing MBSR teacher training, this retreat also fulfills a prerequisite for the MBSR teacher training pathway at Brown University and other training organizations.
